FORS Packages

• A consultant will complete a site assessment of the business against the FORS standard requirements. 
• A graduated time line for any work to be completed will be implemented with a date or the audit.
• All related company polices and procedures will be reviewed and amendments suggested.
• Should there be no documentation within the business, a full quality management system will be introduced. 
• Driver training will be discussed & a plan will be put in place for the required urgency of the accreditation.

The consultant will conduct a check of the work completed at an agreed date and advise on the next steps if required. In the instance that the company has completed all the necessary work.

The consultant will attend your site the day prior to day the FORS audit takes place, and run through everything we have arranged so the auditee is more than comfortable on the day of the audit.
